In March 2020, Everlane made the commitment to exclusively use certified organic cotton across all their cotton products, by 2023. This is a big deal because traditional cotton farming uses more toxic pesticides than any other crop, harming the land and endangering the people who grow the cotton.

Role

For this project I served as UX and UI designer, focusing on the layout and interactions for the desktop-specific landing page.

This landing page was launched leading up to the organic cotton product launch. Our goal was to educate consumers about the environmental benefits of organic cotton, and build anticipation for the upcoming product launch.

Although there are many angles and arguments to this topic, Everlane’s goal has always been to give consumers the option of good, simple products that do right by the earth.
